Can you help me figure out why my child is struggling with reading?
We are a team of literacy experts who have been trained to identify areas of reading weakness and address them. When you book a consultation with us, we will send you an intake form. Using the information you provide us, we will ask targeted questions in the meeting to do our best to get to the bottom of the issue. In most cases of reading difficulty there is no single cause, but we will guide you in identifying your child's sticking points and help you take the appropriate next steps.
How quickly will I receive a response to an email?
We are a family-first company who prioritizes time with our own families! We will not respond to emails immediately but rest-assured that a real person will get back to you within 2-3 business days.
Should I send a message or book a consultation?
We would love to chat with you! Send us an email if you have suggestions or requests for our content or need help with a product issue. If you are looking for personalized support or have concerns that extend beyond a simple question, we can best serve your needs if you book a consultation.
Do you offer online tutoring for my child?
Unfortunately, we don't currently offer online tutoring. However, we do offer personalized consultations with parents where we do our best to meet the parent's need whatever that may be. Your consultation could include time with your dedicated literacy expert to research and recommend tutoring services in your area.
